AI / Business
Use AI to create space for better work.
AI is most useful when it removes repetitive work and gives your team more time to think, serve customers and make decisions. It is less useful when it becomes a shortcut for publishing generic content.
Start with the repetitive, not the important
Look for tasks that happen often: turning meeting notes into a first draft, grouping common customer questions, creating a checklist, or summarising feedback. Give the tool clear context, then review the output with a human eye.
Use AI to make your process lighter—not to make your brand sound like everyone else.
Keep your experience in the room
Your insight is the part a tool cannot replace. Add your real examples, decisions, customer language and local knowledge before any draft goes public. The strongest content begins with a point of view and uses AI only to help shape it.
Build a simple review habit
Before publishing or sending anything created with AI, check the facts, remove vague promises, and make sure the tone still feels like your business. If the content could affect money, safety, privacy or a customer relationship, give it an extra review.
